Rules & Regulations

Weekly Fees are due at the beginning of each school week (Monday).

Monthly Fees are due on the 1st of the month for the upcoming month's services.

If Fees are not paid Monday by 5pm CST, a late Fee of $5/day will be added. Failure to stay current in your child's Fees may result in the loss of your child's space with Frisco KIDS Shuttle LLC and will constitute a default which will entitle Frisco KIDS Shuttle LLC to all remedies as prescribed by law including reasonable attorney's fees.

If a check is returned unpaid by the bank a service charge of $25.00 will be assessed.

Hours and Days of Operation:

Frisco KIDS Shuttle runs Monday through Friday, January through December, between the hours of 2:30pm to 5:00pm.

We will be closed at least for the following holidays: School Holidays, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Break, Christmas Break, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, and Independence Day. Contact Frisco KIDS Shuttle for exact dates of holidays and any additional closings. No portion of your weekly paid or outstanding fees will be refunded or cancelled in the event of absence, sickness, holiday, school closings, or cancellation of this agreement with Frisco KIDS Shuttle LLC. Monthly Service covers an average of 17-20 service days per month.
